上個星期我出咗成個星期Trip,A姐就孤獨咁過咗一星期(我諗係,除非唔係),今日就輪到佢去咗荃灣同好姊妹傾心事,唔同我食飯!好叻咩!你識去荃灣,我都識去筲箕灣啦!筲箕灣東大街咁多好嘢食,今日就去潮丸簡簡單單食碗一啲都唔簡單嘅牛河啦。牛三鮮米線牛三鮮姐係牛腩、牛筋同牛肚。我就最鍾意牛肚,因為索晒牛汁以夠腍;而牛筋就好有咬口,仲有啲膠口,好似有好多骨膠源咁呀;至於牛腩唔肥,仲好香牛味呀。最值得一讚嘅係,餐廳好細心將冬菜、蔥同莞茜分開上,想落幾多隨你喜歡,但如果牛同米線嘅份量可以多啲就好喇。食麵又點可以無辣椒油,呢度就三款,最辣嘅係黃燈籠辣椒醬,最好味又夠香嘅就係廚師自製自炒嘅辣椒油。
