假期去中央圖書館打卡，睇書睇到肚仔餓，天氣又凍，行過隔離細巷，入左間茶記醫肚。嗌左嗰炸脾餐，即叫即炸。佢用上懷舊的茶記膠碟盛上好有兒時回憶。炸脾內脆外軟，火候掌握得非常純熟。醃製都非常入味。值得推介。
