天氣漸涼,又是吃煲仔菜的時候,最喜歡聽到煲仔上檯時的滋滋聲,這樣的話菜式一定夠熱辣,而且吃完後會覺得很溫暖。是日又再次來到帝苑軒,一嚐何偉成師傅精心設計的石窩煲仔菜。石窩薑蔥廣島蠔($188)。曾經也試過買一大包廣島蠔回家,不過那種急凍的廣島蠔通常一煮就會縮水,然後就變得很小,但這款廣島蠔在煮後仍很肥美飽滿。熱辣辣的石窩不斷令薑蔥加熱,香氣不斷湧出來,所以除了吃廣島蠔以外,惹味的蔥段也不能錯過啊。石窩生炒糯米蟹 ($398)。差不多有一斤重的越南肉蟹的蟹蓋幾乎比石窩還要大,感覺很澎湃,而藏在肉蟹下的是香氣迫人的糯米飯,糯米吸收了肉蟹的鮮味,是沒有不好吃的理由。越南肉蟹也是不能錯過,一開始有點懶所以沒有吃,但吃過後就慶幸自己沒有因懶惰而錯過如此鮮味的肉蟹。石窩薑蔥臘腸田雞煲($168)。其實自己不吃田雞,但不抗拒和田雞同煮的東西,所以也吃了點蔥和臘腸,醬汁的味道跟廣島蠔差不多,主要是視乎你喜歡吃什麼,因為味道也很好。蟹粉煎蛋。還以為今年應該不會再吃到蟹粉的了,沒想到今天又和它遇上,而且看似平庸的蟹粉煎蛋,沒想到味道是很不錯,蛋煎得夠香脆,中間夾著適量的蟹粉,兩者都沒有搶去誰的味道,配搭起

蟹粉獅子頭。以前都有吃過蟹粉獅子頭,通常蟹粉都藏在獅子頭內成了餡料,這樣澎湃的把蟹粉做成芡汁淋在獅子頭上還是第一次吃到,每口都吃到濃郁的蟹黃香。獅子頭配上蟹粉,軟嫩鮮味,不過覺得肥肉稍為多了點,吃整個的話實在超邪惡呀!

吃中菜最講求就是溫度,感覺上石窩的熱辣程度比起砂窩更厲害,吃到中段仍然熱辣辣,如果我家長輩們到來一定很欣賞呢!
