草根去開黃埔搵食,今次去左間我地好少會去嘅越南餐廳,因為之前總係覺得越南野冇咩好食,味道淡選擇唔多,所以越南餐廳一直都係我地嘅last choice,不過行過見到呢間越南餐廳裝修好似好Chill甘,所以最終都決定試一試生牛肉湯河 ($58)Pho bo (Rare Beef noodle in soup) 散叫左個生牛肉湯河,碗河粉黎到後窒左窒,冇諗過會甘大碗!!!而且真係煮好即時拎出嚟,超熱先試左口湯,食到用左大量南亞香料同胡椒去整,味道超濃👅食完真係會成身暖晒,係呢個天氣下食真係不得了 ✌河粉好幼滑,吸晒湯入面濃濃嘅香料同胡椒味🍲好正😋牛肉重牛味,但可能由於個湯太熱,加上影完相再食已經熟左d,相對冇甘嫰,下次都係要快d食😂 食完今次之後真心愛上生牛河 😍😍😍早安越南 令我地對越南野有改觀啊下次嚟再試多D嘢!!
