講到香港本土冬日美食,首當其衝嘅當然係蛇羹。現今賣蛇羮嘅小店已經買少見少,過多幾年可能已經不復存在,所以喺呢一日到來之前,更要好好食多幾次。今日食咗一小碗蛇羮,落足料啖啖都係蛇肉,一絲絲嘅蛇肉紋路比其他肉更深,更有口感,另可加上薄脆及檸檬草更香口。
