To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次吃這間餐廳的火鍋,看見餐單上澳洲M5和牛火鍋照片頗為吸引,便決定一試。餐點一上桌,賣相和照片上的簡直南轅北轍。碗內材料豐富,首先是幾塊黑過佳寶的屍塊牛(自己買也很難買到這種色水)、幾粒奢侈罕有的切半小墨魚丸、兩隻已烚熟的蝦、一粒無味扇貝、一塊魚片等,每樣份量精緻。最貼心的是,店家怕大家腸胃不好,還給了一大碗芽菜伴幾啖米線。盛惠118大元!再說一說味道,老實說我是抱着冒死的心態涮幾塊牛的,畢竟是第一次吃這麼黑的牛。或者我不應該以貌取牛,我放膽一咬, 腥味四溢,齒頰留臭,難以吞嚥,只好趕忙吐出;墨魚丸味道正常,可惜只有寥寥數顆;無味扇貝如同嚼蠟;魚片我已經不敢吃了,要說味道正常的只有豆卜、生菜。總括而言,整頓晚餐讓我大開眼界,大家擁有銅腸鐵胃的話可以一試🤪
