馬鞍山依間「釜山炸雞比薩Busan Chicken Pizza」係區內人氣小店,令我都忍唔住去試下,一睇到Menu,就俾佢嘅五味炸雞吸引住,感覺好震撼、好大份,所以就揀外賣翻屋企同家人Share嚟食。五味炸雞(單點$239),每款口味各有五件炸雞洋蔥蛋黃炸雞醬汁口感稠身,味道清甜;特色甜辣炸雞食落好惹味;經典原味炸雞肉質外酥脆內嫩滑,食落啖啖肉;蜜糖芥末炸雞蜜糖味道淡香,芥末味道濃郁;雙重芝味炸雞表面鋪有芝士粉,味道香甜。泡菜煎餅(單點$88),泡菜份量多,煎餅口感外香脆內煙韌,味道酸辣,配以韓式煎餅沾醬食用,味道偏鹹帶酸。雪濃牛骨湯配黑芝麻白飯(單點$88),採用牛骨慢煮熬出乳白湯色牛骨湯,牛肉肉質嫩滑,牛味濃厚,內有韓式粉絲、雞蛋、香蔥,味道清淡,配以胡椒粉食用,牛骨湯底鮮味更加突出。豆腐湯配黑芝麻白飯(單點$88),好足料,內有蜆肉、牛肉、豆腐、泡菜、節瓜、芽菜、金針菇、冬菇、紅蘿蔔、香蔥,豆腐口感滑溜,湯底味道香辣,白飯口感軟硬適中。炸醬麵(單點$68),表面鋪滿青瓜絲、芝麻、炸醬,內有牛肉、洋蔥、青豆、馬鈴薯、紅蘿蔔、節瓜、香蔥,炸醬味道甜鹹,麵條口感爽滑,容易掛汁,配以醃黃
