To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前聽朋友講話蒲和上環店掂,尋日同同事過去試下,選左無限時嘅升級版,可以食到11點刺身唔算好多種類,劍魚腩、鯛魚、油甘魚、吞拿魚、大甜蝦、白肉豚……質素好掂,奉送刺身拼盤吉列蠔:即炸,無腥味,正燒蠔:雖然唔係原隻蠔連殼,但係加埋個汁勁開胃燒羊鞍:上枱熱辣辣,好香羊味,燒得剛剛好,肉嫩,叫左幾轉都係燒得咁靚一口牛柳:大大粒,九成熟,good燒粟米,香甜最重要:甜品有心太軟
