同老公兩個每年都去書展行下買下書,今年都無例外,不過就打算食左野先行過去會展,醫飽肚先慢慢睇,星期六晚書展收零晨時份,有足夠時間。經過有間黃金燒味餐廳,應該新開張無幾耐,不如就試試佢,因為睇到門口Menu主打燒味外還有其他蒸煮選擇,都好吸引。日日蒸品餐 $88老公揀左拍蒜豆豉蒸倉魚,健康啲又惹味餸飯一流,即叫即蒸需要點時間,包左白飯,老火湯,時菜還可+$3 轉凍飲。蒸魚上枱熱辣辣,魚肉算滑醮點蒜蓉豉汁好惹味。加 $3 凍檸茶 油菜用骨湯浸熟入晒味!住家燉骨湯餐 $108除左燒味雙拼,可選燒鵝或乳豬配當中任何一款燒味,我 order 左乳豬,可惜乳豬已售罄,所以選左燒鵝拼叉燒,白飯改食米線添!半肥瘦叉燒夠淋身,而燒鵝就皮脆肉質較實肉,醃料醃得剛好,跟白飯麵類都好夾。就係為左呢個淮山杞子螺頭煲雞湯,飲落香濃又足料,味道唔錯飲後無口喝,正呀兩個人均$120 有找都可以接受。
