To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

兩星期前, 和同事們下班後到曹公潭運動七時開始打羽毛球和網球, 打至十時左右做了幾小時劇烈運動我和同事們都餓得很所以九秒九的乘小巴回荃灣找茶餐廳晚飯家住荃灣的同事推介我們到<<食得喜>><<食得喜>>裝修與一貫茶餐廳無異不過天花板上釣著很多個雞泡魚裝飾品我們點了四個小菜炸墨魚餅金黃得很, 非常吸引我們食慾, 餅肉質彈牙之餘, 又咬到一粒粒墨魚粒, 我一共吃了三件清炒通菜合理水準, 不過不失咕嚕龍鳳球特別請教侍應何謂龍鳳球, 原來是蝦球和雞球, 不過我們吃到尾, 都找不到一件蝦的物體好彩的是咕嚕味調得不錯, 而雞球份量都不少啫啫雞煲除了雞之外, 內裡還有極多乾蔥, 蒜, 豬潤和菇 所以味道非常香!! 豬潤和雞件份量超多, 豬潤起沙, 不過雞件肉不多, 多數是骨位
