To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最保險嘅海南雞飯

因為做嘢嘅關係，所以又要嚟呢度食午餐，知道呢間評價麻麻地，以前都食過，所以到食飯最保守嘅海南雞飯質素唔錯醬料幾好味，不過佢個雞本身林咗少少汁就咁食都OK，我叫咗餐廳將黃油雞飯變咗白飯瘦啲呀嘛蟹肉炒飯同我諗嘅差不多，雖然好大盒飯，不過材料極少，亦都唔係太香，配芒果好似怪怪地，不敢揀！佢嘅前菜有柚子泰式沙律，幾好味開懷！亦都唔會肥你，但係嗰個甜品勁難食，應該係椰汁西米糕，我食咗一啖已經不想吃，朋友亦都唔試了因為好少人而且腿枱之間好寬闊，空間感十足！侍應服務態度OK

 蟹肉炒飯同我諗嘅差不多，雖然好大盒飯，不過材料極少，亦都唔係太香，配芒果好似怪怪地，不敢揀！
