To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

靠得住很久以前已吃過了, 那時還是星星 Peter 哥主理的年代, 當年的魚湯底泥鯭粥真是教人又愛 (很鮮甜), 又恨 (怕多骨)!早幾年被大集團收購之後, 就未有再來, 月前正值寒流襲港, 在入冬氣溫最低的一天, 來了吃粥。天寒地凍, 沒有比吃一碗熱粥更讓人窩心, 因此, 這天同道人也不在少數。有午市套餐供應, 雖然沒有泥鯭粥, 選擇也不算少, 要了手撕雞皇粥加鹹肉粽的套餐 ($42)。粥相當的大碗, 熱騰騰, 夠綿滑, 雖說不下味精, 但硬是覺得有點「味」...粥底的確有少許魚湯味的。雞絲嘛像白切雞撕成條, 順理成章沒什麼雞味, 但還好肉質不算太粗糙。鹹肉粽曾幾何時是這裡的馳名食品, 早年也來吃過, 感覺不錯, 但看近來的食評指質素下跌不少, 也有同感。主要是糯米飯太實, 關於五香粉那個問題嘛, 其實我自己蠻喜歡吃五香粉等所以沒什麼所謂, 但那隻鹹蛋黃也真的太乾了吧。後來好像還加了碟油菜, 是芥蘭, $14, 蠻貴的; 普通啦, 沒拍照了。
