近期終於喺屋企樓下食咗蒸氣鍋,就算佢d料唔係貴野都幾ok,所以決心搵間料靚嘅靚海鮮再食多次。朋友話最近小肥牛開咗蒸氣石鍋火鍋專門店,一向喺小肥牛打邊爐都係食靚料嘅。食蒸氣石鍋就係要食靚料,就決定食佢!油麻地呢間就係食蒸氣石鍋嘅,可能新開無耐,未有好多人識路搵呢間。但service依然keep到~入門口就見到海鮮陣~~wooo! 無揀錯!難得忙裡偷閒索性叫個貴D嘅餐,食豪D!選了$498 的潮蒸海鮮特上餐,包括6款前菜、5款海鮮(有3樣都係貴價的) 、手切本地肥牛、蔬菜拼盤、鮮果及南瓜粥底!2個都唔食南瓜,要求轉了淮生排骨粥底~見到都飽肚!甫坐下就放上醬料架,我地拎咗少少醬料,到最後其實都係裝飾居多XDDD6款前菜是小碟份量,味道不錯,用來佐酒更好!個人最LIKE酒糟鴨舌及芥茉八爪魚,好想ENCORE。海鮮一次過上,但會分開蒸。先上帶子,大隻得過份,差不多有一個碗咁大!肉質依然嫩口,亦鮮甜得過份,!鮑魚大大隻,平常食鮑魚多數加醬汁去蒸,清蒸就要靠它本身的新鮮度,味道不錯,有咬口。阿拉斯加蟹腳平常都是凍食多(食BUFFET時狂掃target之一),啖啖肉真係好過癮,將蟹肉拆出來慢慢食都考功

呢個時候,當然係老公出手嘅moment啦~

鮮蝦彈牙,生蠔爽口,忍唔住又要講,新鮮嘅海鮮真係清蒸最好食!

再來係手切本地牛,油花豐富,以為蒸出唻會油到爆,但原來唔會!

蒸牛肉球就食得多,蒸靚牛真係第一次!肉質更嫩、牛味更濃!食時點少少少少豉油,鮮味更出!

沙巴龍蠆糯米飯,龍蠆跟糯米飯一起蒸原來會產生化學作用,糯米飯吸收了魚油,啖啖充滿魚香!

不過份量少了一點,如果加多一點更好!

蔬菜拼盤以粗糧為主,食咗咁多正海鮮,用粗糧平衡一下。但粗糧唔代表質數唔好呀!比起綠葉菜,它們其實更健康,亦飽肚!

食到呢度,已經飽了!最後再以淮生排骨粥作結,淮生排骨粥盡吸海鮮精華,非常鮮!不過下次都係食番南瓜排骨粥,淮生太清,反而帶唔出海鮮嘅甜。

埋單2個人成$11xx,但真係一分錢一分貨,食到靚海鮮,真心滿足。
