To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 今日我係在office 的last day，上司請我去我想去的牛角午餐~~~呢期因為店舖有龍珠相關產品推廣，所以有d卡通佈置~~~我地今次點咗$189的午市定食一齊share食，加$12食綠茶雪糕~~~上司覺得呢度幾好食，我們都覺得真係一分錢一分貨，特別係d牛，有d係入口即溶~~~紫菜飯我們只添一次，其實我的寶貝女今朝話想聽日去食紫菜飯，但因為同學下午要BBQ生日會，所以要再遲D去食我用會員3600分換了一口和牛，呢個都係入口即溶，好好食，扣咗今次我仲有八千幾分仲未換野食😂😂湊巧我會員有券可以滿$200送魷魚，魷魚燒得幾好食，個人建議最好燒到熟先至剪會容易d。個綠茶雪糕我掛住食所以冇影相，上司話今次$201埋單真係好抵😅😅上司在上星期約我今日午餐，所以我一早就用會員app book枱，食之前半小時電話提示之前book了枱，感覺算是幾好😇
