To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 走的那一天,跟父母坐著巴士到機場,靜靜的不發一言,沈默的感受著大家之間的牽絆。直至到了機場,朋友們突然跳出來,把我嚇得忍不住淚流滿面,大伙兒才打破了靜默,笑著去找地方吃早餐。他喜歡吃小籠包,我還是很記得的。不待爸媽多回應便決定了去翡翠拉麵,哈,這女兒真不孝。沒有大桌子容下這麼多人,貼心的朋友怕阻礙我和父母相聚,急急叫我跟父母坐,吃完再找他們,他們自成一桌就好。要了兩個餐分享,經典上海風味套餐,上海咸豆漿+迷你上海餈飯($38)。咸豆漿很稀薄,豆味太輕,上面的蔥花和油條與豆漿完全沒交流,喝了兩口便不想喝了。迷你餈飯跟Menu上皮薄餡滿的完全相反,餈飯不濕是沒錯,但有生米。中間餡料的油條也不知有沒有四分之一條,肉鬆太少,甜味薄弱。咸脆榨菜比較多,不過也多不到那裡去,反正餡佔的部分就是那麼少,真是太吝嗇了!精選拉麵套餐,四川擔擔拉麵+蒸素菜包($45)。四川擔擔拉麵,辣度蠻強,但花生味不太夠,辣得單調。麵身算是不錯,拉回一點分數。蒸素菜包,沒預期的濃香,只是包身鬆軟,餡的調味合格,咬下去各種素菜質感爽脆,也不算難吃。吃得沒癮,坐到朋友的一桌,看他們給我錄的通宵實錄,聽我最喜歡的那聲音在說呀說

吃得沒癮,坐到朋友的一桌,看他們給我錄的通宵實錄,聽我最喜歡的那聲音在說呀說,「該氣完我了吧?」我想。笑逐顏開,這一切似乎成了我這頓的小安慰。

父親見他們如此有心,悄悄跟那女侍應說要給他們那桌結帳。可笑是那不知趣的女侍應竟走到他們桌前指著粗聲問道:「呢檯呀?」,弄得大家一臉窘態。也不想在那裡多逗留,最後由他們把我送到閘口,看著他們一張張通宵達旦睡眼惺忪的模樣,跟好姊妹抱著時又忍不住哭起來。那種感動,那種感激,我會記得一輩子。

近乎完美的回憶就是敗了在這頓早餐,雖本身對翡翠拉麵小籠包的印象都不太佳,但實是想不到機場店的服務和食物質素會差至不合格。機場餐廳的重要性在於它多為旅客來港的第一餐和離港前最後一餐用膳的地方,能於旅客心中為獲譽美食天堂的香港奠定一個深刻的印象。可惜是機場–特別是一號客運大樓這邊,好的餐廳不多,全都是一些只為了讓顧客暫緩腹中之欲的快餐,難怪我以往寧到機上吃免費飛機餐,都不願在香港機場用膳。如今阿鴻小吃和添好運在機場相繼開店,雖然不知水準會否下跌,但對你我而言始終都是一件好事。

鄉愁來襲,想起自己離開前在香港吃的最後一餐,彷彿是腰間的一記胎痣,抹不走除不掉,心中還真是欲哭無淚。
