To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

其實身邊唔同人都話深水埗嗰間三哥好好食，講真，我都認同嘅。但因為係大學時代，呢間譚仔三哥實在太近啦，而且呢間個質素真係穩定嘅好，所以真係好鍾意嚟呢間譚仔三哥食嘢。同個fd兩個人食，一人一餸一碗，可以同個fd交換個餸食，再加一個小食真係飽到hihi哈哈！今次叫左貢丸中辣，真係好好食呀！從相就睇到呢個中辣真係好夠色，好夠味，個麻辣真係好夠麻，而且米線軟硬適中，啲湯又好好飲，唔會太鹹。小食就通常都叫尖椒皮蛋，因為個皮蛋汁好惹味，我通常都會拎啲汁嚟點嘢啲餸食，真係會特別惹味。基本我覺得，呢間三哥真係好高質，一諗唔到食咩就可以嚟食！
