To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最喜愛既cafe之一連鎖咖啡店做到這個水準真的值得讚賞☕Caffe Brulee 簿脆焦糖咖啡（$52）呢杯係暫時飲過最好飲既焦糖咖啡每次去Habitu我都會叫呢杯佢只限堂食可以嗌，因為表面係會用火槍將糖燒到變成一塊好脆既焦糖，連埋咖啡一齊飲真係好正👍未試過既一定要快啲去試~香煎三文魚班尼迪蛋（$158）Egg Benedict 做到流心蛋，三文魚亦做到岩岩好熟，唔會過熟可惜酸種面包太硬，影響左個質感🍕Pizza Mushroom （$158）簿餅比想像中簿，餅皮係好似脆片咁磨菇味濃，但略嫌口感唔夠豐富🐔French Chicken （$168）焗雞賣相很不錯，醬汁味道亦都好食但雞略嫌有點太乾，可能焗既時間太長伴菜用左青豆同磨菇，但個人唔太中意青豆Mango Guacamole Nachos 芒果牛油果醬墨西哥脆片 （$88）有小小overcook左，焗過火左啲但唔影響味道，醬就唔太夠多好快已經冇晒醬，淨食啲脆片Rose Chocolate Churros 西班牙肉桂條 （$88）肉桂條唔係好多地方有得食，所以見到新出menu有就叫試下肉桂條又叫鬼佬油炸鬼，食落去好香肉桂味，但就食唔出
