To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 街坊價錢嘅魚柳炒滑蛋早餐入面,我最鐘意食大家樂。可能li篇食評寫快餐店好無聊,但佢真係我食過好多快餐店比較出來。大部分快餐店嘅炸魚柳都係好淋,一切就散,雖然都夠熱夠脆,但個粉漿一般冇乜麵包穅,有d仲會好細塊同好鹹。而個沙律醬呢,有部分用偏甜嘅沙律醬係好難食嘅。仲會一舊舊好“傑”今日純粹想讚美下li個對打工仔來講算好完美嘅早餐魚柳結實,又比較大塊厚身,配翻個少少酸嘅沙律醬真係好好味!!!炒蛋夠滑,有少少牛油香,生生地最正。改多士做羅白糕,大家樂羅白糕比較軟身,唔會死實實,所以好好味。加翻杯凍奶茶或者熱檸水,真係開工前嘅心靈安慰以前個人認為藍田廣田村分店最好食最舒服,而家搬左就唯有食新都城分店。初初12月搬來嗰陣d炒蛋好老,食過幾次水準飄忽,直到今日再食,又回復翻水準
