To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近天氣好好，特登約埋朋友仔入去大尾篤chill 下。 本身諗住是旦入間餐廳食飯就算，估唔到有驚喜比到。 平日黎講都算多人，要坐室外，好彩有幾部大風扇吹住，唔算熱得太難受。 Lunch set 包括餐包，餐湯同飲料，最貴都係$88，都幾抵食。 餐湯有紅湯，白湯揀，味道正常。 餐包則係自家製面包，面包軟熟，配上橄欖油同醋食，味道一流。 香煎厚豬扒配芥末籵忌廉汁（$78）：豬扒淋身得黎好juicy ， 配上忌廉汁，好好食😋最令人驚訝既係main menu 既德國豬手，係我食過最好食既豬手，極度推介（P.S main menu 要特登搵侍應去拎，可能多數人都係叫set lunch ) 德國豬手： 外層香脆但唔會乾身，豬手肉質鮮嫩，唔會有平時食柴柴既口感。 下面既紫色酸菜更加係冇得頂， 酸酸甜甜既味道配上薯蓉，口感一流。豬手分量好大，適合幾個朋友一齊分享。
