梳乎厘班戟熱潮退後,留得係度都有一定名氣,之前一直想試依間,但無奈一直搵唔到!今次偶然轉角發現,果然搵食唔能夠靠地址,原來仲有幾間一直無發現。當日某此原因好多舖無開,人流亦比平時少,所以難得有開都只係等幾份,當然每份時間都好長,但唔算過份。原味配蜂蜜,剛食完辣蜂蜜非常適合,甜度剛好,粉開得幾滑,微蛋香,欣賞佢厚身之餘中間亦唔會流心。自從流行半熟蛋糕,樣樣都話要流心,細個學做蛋糕,中間液態叫失敗!更唔好話流心。蛋糕用生雞蛋,唔熟你話滑蛋都係梗?梗麵粉未熟實多人消化唔到吧?當然腸胃好未得,但我只接受到微濕,流心真係太過份,而佢嘅微濕令質感似布甸,唔會空氣感太重,價錢亦合理,可以話係熱潮中食過最好嘅乎厘班戟!
