To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 牛奶冰室自從去年底吃過之後,我們幾乎每週都去一次堂食或叫外賣。它的香蔥雞扒是我吃過最好吃的雞扒飯,雞扒不知道是什麼方法煮的,每次吃都覺得很嫩(雖然有時候邊邊有點像烤焦了),勁多蔥油配著香甜綿軟的白米飯,讓我覺得沒有菜都能吃上一碗白米飯。香蔥豬扒則比雞扒略為遜色,所以這個倒不是每次必點。酸菜魚的魚片雖然比較厚,有時略有點腥味,但總體而言還比較嫩,而且分量足,有萵筍、菇、大豆芽菜等配菜,69元感覺性價比挺高,所以我們也常點這個菜。另外,紅豆雪糕牛奶非常好喝,不像焦糖紅豆牛乳那麼甜。其他的菠蘿包和蛋撻也吃過,總體感覺還不錯。
