To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

馬鞍山廣場元氣係繁忙時間最快有位,因為食過都唔想去食第二次,雖然係正廣場旺鋪都生意比其他沙田區元氣差。第一衛生差，有時間可以留意下佢地拾完地下D野唔洗手就做手卷，一邊同人吹水一邊整手卷，因為加太多口水所以一拿起就散的手卷係D間先做得出。第二服務差，效率差，冇人落單，個個行來行去，之後仲要出錯壽司，有某個男的長工一見店長唔係到就傻左禁走來走去同人吹水。野食又出得耐，整左放成幾個字都冇人拿比客，未見過一間禁差元氣。第三計錯數，D野食未呢就係ORDER紙到係禁劃，一追單就話出左，之後CHECK又話冇貨，亂計數。總之店面除左個店長就冇其他人認真做野，其他人唔做野係到吹水。最後= =店長管唔店D員工都係一個問題。
