To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平日又午市套餐平啲整體不過不失 帶子好味!帶子刺身會有四件,係兩粒完整分開午市沙律 要走沙律醬就要另外同佢講,會係柚子醋烏冬,忌煙韌有口感軟殼蟹新鮮炸起熱辣辣,都幾厚肉更餐價錢要三文魚刺身都幾大件甜蝦刺身有三件三文魚湯今日有大嚿魚唔錯,之前第一城北行就冇啦諗咗一陣食呢度定壽司郎,諗住呢度坐得舒服啲可以慢慢食,同埋款式多啲,想食多少少熱食仲嗌咗支豆同埋八爪魚都好好味蒸蛋嘅話一定係壽司郎好味啲如果可以兩間餸,混合就好🤣

6年沒有幫襯元氣了, 有人話改左輸送帶, 像壽司郎,便去試試。雖然改加了一條火車輸送帶, 後面仍保存舊卡位 , 不是全面大裝修。嘟code下單, 不是用平板電腦選擇下單, 像是沒有人先進。壽司款式不是太多, 1) 炸蝦唔熱, 都脆。 6分2)炸忍簾餅即炸, 夠熱3) 蟹柳腐皮。 一般4。 沙律醬炸薯仔。 不夠熱脆, 但香口的。5。炸軟蟹手卷。 炸物不夠熱, 有點林。6。 吞拿魚壽司。 ok7. 帶子壽司。 夠林, 8。 甜品。 好細件, 一般, 冇特別總評。環境。 普通食物。 6分, 款式較少服務。 沒有服務, 自助下單, 靠輸送帶送食物。 但好慢, 下單後起碼5-8分鐘才送食物, 炸物更10-15分鐘, 但又唔係好熱。。。🤔

今日係Genki member day有20% off discount!所以真係好多人排隊,不過八折咁抵我都去咗食但係個燉蛋真係有啲失望,上到嚟發覺蒸到咁鬼老嘅,面頭一個個窿叫店員換俾我啦,個樣勁唔情願奇奇怪怪咁(最後有換,但係要等15分鐘)

一家大細最啱去食元氣,但係馬鞍山呢間星期六日下午時間去要等位等勁耐,起碼一個鐘。發現而家元氣壽司嘅選擇越來越少,之前有好多卷物,而家都冇咗。餐單好似只有三文魚同吞拿魚,所以都冇食太多,陪小朋友叫咗角落生物限定壽司試就算

友人想食壽司,所以決定今晚去元氣食。由七點鐘等到八點鐘先有位,因為大家都肚餓了,一坐低就即刻落單,一等又等半個鐘先有第一碟壽司。極上吞拿魚三點($36)左起有本鮪大拖羅、赤身吞拿魚和長鰭吞拿魚。雖然等得耐,但件本鮪大拖羅好食,油脂分佈不錯,算厚身。相反赤身吞拿魚切得很薄,有點考師傅刀工,色澤看來都新鮮。最後件長鰭吞拿魚竟然發現上面有條疑似蝦腳的東西……其他壽司不過不失,之後點了兩個手卷 — 軟殼蟹手卷($28)和軟殼蝦牛油果手卷($20)。左面是軟殼蟹手卷;右面是軟殼蝦牛油果手卷。蝦的份量比蟹還要大份,有點失望..一向炸物都好食,吉列蠔、軟殼蟹手卷都差不多是我必食之物,估不到軟殼蟹份量比以前細份了都算,竟然$28的比$20的軟殼蝦牛油果手卷還要細件,未計加一服務費。總括來說,以迴轉壽司的價錢食物質素還可以,但水準不及以前好,希望食物品質和衛生有待改善。
