The worst service you could possibly get. The chef was stubborn, with bad service from the waitress and manager. It’s beyond your imagination. The worst service you could possibly get. The chef was stubborn, with bad service from the waitress and manager. It’s beyond your imagination. We reserved this place awhile back and we were actually quite looking forward to it. No one called us to reconfirm the booking the day before nor informed us about any “rules”. My partner was late for 10 min due to the bad traffic in the rain. I arrived to the restaurant on time but no one told me I would miss the food if I continued to wait. We started the course together and the food came didnt follow the menu sequence. Later when they started to serve soup, we then asked where are the other food on the preset menu. Finally they informed us that the food served earlier got skipped already. We were caught by total surprise and no one informed anything about the arrangement. They chose to skip the shrimp and urchin for us, and just gave us pumpkin and lotus seed instead. They claimed they got no time to cook back the food for us, but the chef was standing around doing nothing. We preordered some shrimp sushi with extra cost, they had time to cook the exact same shrimp for extra money, but no time to make us the shrimp that come with the set. The manager in charge was super rude and kept on telling us that this is the way it is. Take it or leave it. You will feel like u are begging for food from them rather. The taste of food is so so, not much difference from fast food chain like Tenya. If you are fine with their disrespect attitude,
give it a try.
