To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚去到位於金鐘萬豪酒店入面大堂lounge 食自助晚餐，一入去量體溫掃左安心出行，因為早到了要等到6:45分才可以入座7:00取食物，到取食物區發覺擺位十分陝窄和人多時空間擠迫食物種類不多，海鮮只有蝦和青口，長腳蟹都冇，刺身也很求其hea 做，最離譜是炒蟹是死蟹肉質梅的肯定不是活蟹，同待應反映居然同我講話人哋隔離枱食得好滋味喎！好似被譏諷！四百幾自助餐好食過它的大把啦，服務態度又差這樣的的自助餐一次就夠！
