To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

睇openrice好似評分ok過來試下，點知面岩上，就有一隻🪳從檯面爬上來即時已經唔想食，服務員唔單止無同我地道歉，態度仲好似好正常甘，買單都仲要再加收服務費，我想問到底有咩服務？🤢如果唔係睇在新年，已經好想鬧人，見到有其他客係度我地都無講見到🪳就剩係話你地仲要收服務費？收銀完全好似聽唔到甘，亦無任何抱歉表示以後一定唔會再來出品都好一般，地獄辣其實都係噱頭居多，辣味主要係口腔，辣椒味太重反而掩蓋左其他味，完全無必要嘗試
