一直認為尖東帝苑酒店d餐廳水準好高,其中呢間越南餐廳就係我最常去嘅酒店餐廳之一。 位於酒店嘅平台層,享有香港少有嘅中空高樓底設計,空間感十足,而且餐廳內部係用暖色佈置,中間有蓮花同流水,感覺非常放鬆,好適合節日或紀念日慶祝。可能因為唔係大路嘅中、西、日餐廳,假日訂位都比較容易🤭。今次聖誕假期間過黎,幸運地提早一日book位都得。 餐牌選擇唔算好多,但基本諗到嘅越南菜式都有。我覺得最貼心嘅係,餐牌上面嘅頭盤同沙律都可以安排半份👍,就算兩、三個人去食都可以試多好多唔同菜式💕。 ❤ 蝦片呢個係一坐低就有嘅餐前小食,脆卜卜又香口,食到停唔到口,秒速搞掂🤣。 ❤ 安南濱海配烤牛肉(半份)推介小食🏅🏅🏅。濱海係越南特色小食,可能因為工序繁複,真係唔係間間越南餐廳都有呢個菜式。重點係面頭放滿炸蒜嘅煎米粉餅,然後將烤牛肉放喺米粉餅上面,加少少蔥花,再用生菜包住所有餡料點魚露食。烤牛肉腍而且多汁,炸蒜同米粉層次豐富,令到成個“卷物”口感非常好😋。 ❤ 軟殼蟹青芒果沙律 (半份)半份嘅份量足夠兩個人食,軟殼蟹有四至五件,外脆內軟。芒果沙律酸酸甜甜,加上紫洋蔥辣辣地好惹味,同時能夠中和炸軟殼蟹嘅油膩感。 ❤

餐牌選擇唔算好多,但基本諗到嘅越南菜式都有。我覺得最貼心嘅係,餐牌上面嘅頭盤同沙律都可以安排半份👍,就算兩、三個人去食都可以試多好多唔同菜式💕。

❤ 美酒火焰燒鵪鶉
呢個係睇得又好食嘅一道菜。上桌前侍應會先淋上冧酒點火,做出好適合打卡嘅火焰🔥效果,同時將鵪鶉外皮燒得微微焦脆。鵪鶉肉質比起雞或者乳鴿嫩滑好多😳,而且有焦香同淡淡酒香,真係食到舔舔脷,自己都可以KO成隻🤣。

❤ 火車頭越南生熟牛肉、牛筋湯金邊粉(大)
牛肉同牛筋係符合預期嘅水準,比較出色嘅係同越南當地餐廳一樣,九層塔、薄荷葉同芽菜等配料份量好多而且係分開碟上嘅,可以按照自己口味加入唔同配料。
