我都揀了另一道招牌菜式,就是乾貝汁珍菌煎焗鮮蝦球 ($268),共有六大隻蝦球,肉質極之爽彈,味道鮮美,再以乾貝汁烹調,鮮上加鮮。中間還有大量珍菌,又爽又有菇香,但若然調味上輕手一點就更好味。

點心都有很多選擇,我們還點了兩款,齊齊熱辣辣上枱,相當吸引。先嚐蟲草花魚湯鮮竹卷 ($52),三件鮮竹卷浸在鮮味的魚湯中,再加了一些爽口的蟲草花,味道更香。以又薄又滑的鮮腐竹捲着彈牙的魚肉,而魚肉中亦混入了爽口的木耳和蔬菜粒,好豐富。魚湯一點油都沒有,少油少鹽,健康有益!

原來朋友好喜歡欖仁馬拉糕 ($45),點了一籠試試。原個上枱,大大個,好滿足! 一挾起已感覺很鬆軟, 兼且回彈。糕身綿密,沒有太多的大氣空,口感鬆軟而不黏口,最欣賞是甜度適中,加上有少少欖仁香,朋友讚口不絕。
