去過越南旅行后 香港幾家越南菜重新吃了一下 覺得還是安南最好食。首先 裝潢和環境比較upscale 比較乾淨優雅。菜單選擇也很多 包括了很多很傳統的越南美食。這裡的米紙卷是我最喜歡的!皮薄又不會很老 脆脆的軟殼蟹炸到perfect 不會油膩 和蔬菜一起很balance湯底就能看出一碗pho的質量 安南的pho我和媽媽把湯都喝完了
