To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去金魚街買金魚 經過呢間米線店 之前荃灣見過呢間雲桂香 今日就試下佢啦我個好鐘意食酸辣野 米線都經常食 但呢間野有酸辣粉 我就選擇叫呢個 事關5係間間米線店都有我點左個 雞翼 豆卜 海帶 豬大腸 中辣酸辣粉 同小食蒜泥白肉首先蒜泥白肉 面頭好多蒜肉 好入味 個汁夠晒酸 夠晒辣 令白肉非常野味酸辣粉軟硬度適中 但我認為可以再稍微淋少少中辣對我鐘意食辣既人黎講岩岩好 所以唔係食開辣既朋友不建議叫中辣以上滷水雞翼同大腸食得出真係放足材料同腌得夠時間又嫩又入味湯底夠晒酸 d酸醋味好香 又辣又酸配海帶同豆卜簡直絕配食物很有水準 下次會再來幫襯
