又試新野嚕!今次食台灣野,店名同店內既裝修都係好台灣風,仲有蚵仔煎食😍蚵仔煎…一夾起已經feel到佢係幾咁Q彈!口感超級Q軟,餅皮入面有好多蚵仔,每粒都好飽滿有肉汁面頭既橙色醬味道同喺台灣食到既差唔多,如果可以加多d蛋既話就更香口喇!萬巒豬腳…叫之前以為佢係好似煲薑醋既豬腳咁既樣,心諗都有d擔心會食到冇哂儀態。點知個豬腳一黎到就放心哂,而且仲好有驚喜!豬腳炆好之後廚師將佢起肉切件,件頭亦冇失禮,肉質竟然係淋得黎帶爽既口感!似食緊好多幼肉筋咁,而且仲冇黏牙,有咁既口感真係第一次食咋!底下仲有入淋蘿蔔添!醉雞卷…冇骨既野就最岩喺街食,哩個雞卷夠哂啖啖肉!酒味唔係好濃,比較岩淺賞酒既朋友,不過對我黎講緊係再d濃酒味會更好啦!古法魯肉飯(小)…哩度好好有大同小兩個份量俾食客揀,岩哂我又想食多款但又驚太飽既人喇!哩個魯肉飯好好味!魯肉半肥瘦,好正宗咁切成一粒粒,食落勁香,煮得勁鬆化,唔洗咬都會自動喺口入面化開。粒鹵蛋睇到都知夠入味,鹵到隻蛋札實入哂味,好正!飯粒粒分明夠軟熟,魯肉汁又岩岩好夠我撈飯,雖然好肥但真心推介哩個飯!紅燒牛肉麵…牛肉麵既湯底好緊要,哩度既湯頭好深色,味道亦幾濃,不過就冇乜

紅燒牛肉麵…牛肉麵既湯底好緊要,哩度既湯頭好深色,味道亦幾濃,不過就冇乜藥材味,朋友就好鐘意喇。我就比較鐘意佢既牛肉,入味得黎亦夠淋,咬開果時可以將肉一絲絲咁食嫁。唔只牛肉,仲有兩三條牛筋,又係炆得夠淋夠入味,膠質豐富!而麵亦煮得剛好,唔會一夾就斷。不過我就鐘意再硬身d。
