To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

突然間好想食台灣，同朋友走左去食茶木，～紅燒牛頰肉麵個牛唔會好多脂肪，我自己比較喜歡，食落去口感不錯，好軟熟，而麵條我覺得熟得唔夠軟身。～古早紅燒牛肉拌麵麵條拌麵個醬有啲辣，牛肉食落好軟熟。有鴨血，流心蛋，都不錯。～脆脆黑糖瀑布珍珠奶茶 🧋飲落去比我預期無咁甜，珍珠食落好有口感。～蜜糖磚塊（青蘋果🍏）每次食茶木必叫，旁邊有水果，香蕉，士多啤梨，藍莓，好新鮮，磚塊食落塊依舊咁脆口再埋雪糕食，好夾呀！
