To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次去呢間堂食呢間店比較大門口仲有麵包買一向食開都覺得呢間野食唔錯既白汁雞扒蕃茄豬扒焗飯 $59面頭好多醬汁每啖飯都沾到汁食佢本身係炒飯底唔洗好似出面其他鋪咁要加錢而且豬扒雞扒各有一大塊我一個人食就唔會食得哂所以平時外賣同老公share就岩岩好個飯有杯熱飲習慣都係叫熱檸水佢檸水同出面唔同唔係用檸檬的係用檸檬蓉所以味道係好濃既但有人會覺得太酸我自己就幾鍾意個個味喇呢餐唯有美中不足係個飯中間唔夠熱🙈不過食過又費事叫佢再整過喇我諗都係個別事件都係第一次係咁

佢本身係炒飯底
唔洗好似出面其他鋪咁要加錢
而且豬扒雞扒各有一大塊
我一個人食就唔會食得哂
所以平時外賣同老公share就岩岩好

個飯有杯熱飲
習慣都係叫熱檸水
佢檸水同出面唔同
唔係用檸檬的
係用檸檬蓉
所以味道係好濃既
但有人會覺得太酸
我自己就幾鍾意個個味喇


呢餐唯有美中不足係個飯中間唔夠熱🙈
不過食過又費事叫佢再整過喇
我諗都係個別事件
都係第一次係咁
