To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去咗我最愛嘅台灣餐廳，見到餐牌好多咗好多新菜式，所以就同男朋友叫咗好多嚟試下。之前一直去開第二間分店，第一次來到九龍灣分店，裝修好靚好文青，牆身仲有茶葉用嚟做裝飾，好特別，我哋首先分別叫咗兩個套餐：鹽酥排骨肉燥飯 鹽酥排骨好大塊，啖啖肉，外皮炸得好酥，排骨都幾厚。好容易咬，一啲都唔會韌，調味都適中。配埋肉燥飯啖啖肉超邪惡超好食。古早杏飽三杯雞配肉燥飯見到呢個又有雞又有菇，當然要試下啦。上枱嘅時候好精緻，有個迷你火仔，會熱住啲雞，所以食落口嘅時候會好嫩，杏鮑菇超級多汁，調味好雞肉都好嫩滑櫻花蝦魚湯浸娃娃菜 娃娃菜比較細塊，浸滿濃濃嘅魚湯好好食台式滷味拼盤 呢個滷水拼盤同樣好足料，有糖心蛋 ，牛肚，牛展，牛腩，雞翼等等，好入味 櫻花蝦花枝餅 呢一個櫻花蝦花枝餅 ，入面啖啖肉，都食到粒粒花枝， 好惹味金萱鮮芒果奶蓋冰 出乎意料超好飲，原本以為應該會好甜，但係結果甜到好適中，超級清新，奶蓋奶味都幾濃，上面仲有芒果畀你食脆脆黑糖珍珠鮮奶 呢杯飲品完全可以同出面台式飲品舖比， 黑糖味好濃 ，上面嘅脆脆口感好豐富， 又唔會太甜。叫套餐仲會有包埋甜品我就揀咗窩夫同埋珍珠奶茶雪糕，嗰窩夫係嗰隻牛角包

叫套餐仲會有包埋甜品我就揀咗窩夫同埋珍珠奶茶雪糕，嗰窩夫係嗰隻牛角包壓成嘅好酥脆，珍珠奶茶雪糕上面都有粒珍珠，大大大滿足
