比大陸餐館有過之而無不及的香港酸菜魚!Okay, 我承認我唔算食過好多好多餐館的酸菜魚,但真係好食的我一定食得出,今次同朋友喺灣仔附近行完街,大家都好想食酸菜魚,就搵左呢間食評唔錯的酸菜魚餐館,一坐低就畀佢set餐具吸引,灰色漸變白色再變粉紅色的餐具,一睇就知老闆應該係有taste的人~講番正題,餐牌得一款酸菜魚,叫“老壇酸菜魚”,分“例”同“大”兩種size,因為我地都有叫其他野食,所以叫左個例牌size,店員一放低個大碗,嚇親,咁大兜都叫例牌?!魚片的份量至少比一般餐館的例牌多三分一,講完份量,味道當然先係最緊要,我早一個月先喺深圳食左間出名酸菜魚,而呢間酸菜魚真係拍得住大陸的,甚至有過之而無不及,魚片滑,多肉,花椒味夠香,竟然仲有粗薯粉喺底,同枱朋友個個都食到lum lum脷,讚不絕口,真係無乜幾可喺香港食到同級的酸菜魚!我地仲叫左“茶樹菇爆炒豬頸肉”,我以為一般茶樹菇淨係會用來煲湯,點知原來用來炒餸都咁好味,佢比一般菇有更濃的菇味,口感亦都好扎實有咬口,配合帶點油香的豬頸肉,如果唔係本身叫左個炒飯,淨係呢碟餸都夠送兩碗白飯~我地就係叫左呢個“川館炒飯“,其實佢好簡單,但簡單得來

我地仲叫左“茶樹菇爆炒豬頸肉”,我以為一般茶樹菇淨係會用來煲湯,點知原來用來炒餸都咁好味,佢比一般菇有更濃的菇味,口感亦都好扎實有咬口,配合帶點油香的豬頸肉,如果唔係本身叫左個炒飯,淨係呢碟餸都夠送兩碗白飯~

我地就係叫左呢個“川館炒飯“,其實佢好簡單,但簡單得來夠清淡,配合同枱比較重口味的酸菜魚同豬頸肉,佢的清淡更顯重要,你當然可以簡單叫碗白飯,但如果你唔想淨係食白飯咁寡,呢個炒飯就啱晒,幾粒青葱花,午餐肉,炒到粒粒分明而不油膩,其實好唔簡單。
