To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 來到西環我最愛來《LN 幸福咖啡》素食餐廳,環境地方舒適寬敞，客人都好自律，交談中都輕聲細說，較寧靜的，店員都好親切有笑容，很有禮貌。我先點了壺有機冷薄荷花茶(甘草、蘋果、薄荷葉、檸檬草)$52 ，味道清淡，檸檬草的味道較為突出，茶色清晰，飲下來順喉芳香，幸福彈彈仔有原味、朱古力或抺茶味，我們選擇了抹茶味幸福彈彈仔($48),彈彈仔主要用豆奶、醋、麵粉製成，沒有蛋的成份，抹茶味微苦清幽，抹茶味很濃郁，又晤太甜，很健康，店中有主食、小食、甜品、咖啡、花茶等........款式都是應有盡有，主打素食主義，讓我們吃得更健康、更滋味。
