To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 講到大快活原來食過咁多次都無寫過佢既食評每日既精神食糧就由大快活開始一份雞扒餐肉 多士(多士可要不同醬汁)但我就比較鐘意食蘿蔔糕所以又可以將多士轉左做蘿蔔糕雞扒比較實身,配上燒汁,很有咬頭。餐肉煎到香噴噴,表面微焦,亦算脆口。相比起多士,之前我食過的時候是像沒有烤過一樣,只是一片白方包,而不是多士,所以我都會轉成蘿蔔糕。蘿蔔糕的水準也不用懷疑,雖然快餐廳的東西會比較沒那麼的真材實料,但最少我在大快活食的蘿蔔糕還有一絲絲的蘿蔔絲。再加配一客辣肉粒上海幼麵,真係可以食到非常飽。依個幼麵其實其他時段也會有的,辣肉粒配上小小的菇類,異常好味,麵身較淋。湯底就不敢恭維啦,都是係一啲味精湯底啦。而且依一間啲姐姐都好好服務,好少會黑面

雞扒比較實身,配上燒汁,很有咬頭。餐肉煎到香噴噴,表面微焦,亦算脆口。
