作為一個潮州人出街食潮州嘢係非常之普通嘅一件事今日黎到呢間食晒字嘅心夜來潮就叫佢幾味招牌潮洲菜黎試一試黎到嘅時候都係六點半左右未算係好多客人胡椒豬肚湯係平時喺屋企都會食到嘅湯屋企煮嘅時候會落咸菜佢就用左白蘿蔔感覺冇咁熱氣同埋更加入味胡椒味亦都好夠食返幾味鹵味就梗架啦因為只係兩個人黎食只係叫左個雙拼-豬耳同豆腐份量都唔錯呀見到menu幅相就忍唔住要叫嘅炒飯黑松露味好夠但係咸蛋黃略嫌少左少少(但咸蛋白係多嘅)最後係熱氣之最嘅蠔餅!食蠔餅最驚成舊粉食落口佢就唔會喇啖啖都有蠔咁制十分足料嘅一味餸!

屋企煮嘅時候會落咸菜
