To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

又一個夜晚出去食飯，就即興約埋個同事出去食呢間意大利餐廳，因為我仲記得佢係幾好食，咁啱同事又住呢頭，約埋佢一齊出去放吓負先啦。一邊放灰一邊享受美食，無得頂呀!!咁就叫咗個烤原隻鴨胸同燒菠蘿，配埋香橙青檸汁真係幾特別，要試真啲。另一個係黑松露野菌意大利飯，我知道意大利飯都唔係咁易去整得好食，所以一人揀一個，最後大家分享大家個菜式。WOW果然個鴨胸真係整得好好味，烤得啱啱好，好柔軟又香濃嘅鴨味，再配合埋香橙片加青檸汁混合放入口，簡直完美，搞到負都放唔到幾多，俾個美食搞到心情好哂!塊燒菠蘿好靚好多汁，咬落去都要喺個口入面噴哂出嚟咁。好彩無叫飯或意粉咪飽死我，有青檸汁溝薯蓉又係一個好配搭。到另一道菜式係個意大利飯，睇落去好普通，其實真係整得好好，連鎖大餐廳都未必整到呢個水準。最重要係唔會話好油膩同濟，會係每匙都想載最多嘅份量上去再放入口，好似食上癮咁，好食到好誇張呀真係。
