之前已經聽聞有間塔門海膽燒係佐敦,今日終於有機會去試下。叫左個芝士海膽多士黎食。見到個顏色已經忍唔住想食曬佢,個味道好香!一入口,首先有陣好濃既芝士味,之後海膽既鮮味就出黎。好新鮮,服務員話呢度既海膽係西貢新鮮運過黎。唔怪得海膽冇果陣石油味。呢度食既海膽同日本食既真係可以比。因為夠新鮮,仲有陣淡淡既海水味,好正!之後叫左個蒜香花甲王。原來唔止海膽新鮮,花甲都好新鮮!如果要比較,個人比較鐘意花甲。除左新鮮,仲食到陣鍋氣。口感好彈牙,食到陣好香既酒香味,而且花甲係大隻既。久聞不如一試,今日終於試左呢間海膽燒。呢度既海鮮,得兩個字,新鮮!
