我有很喜歡在家烘焙的家人, 為了精益求精,最近開始拉我們去找好味麵包, 於是我說我喜歡sour dough, 所以便找到過這家出名做酸種麵包的店。另一個喜歡他的原因是他開八點,很適合我們這些早起的鳥兒。餐牌選擇其實都算多。不過我們是為酸種麵包而來, 所以就點了兩份Assorted sour dough Set, 再加一份Camembert, Ham, Apple and Raspberry Jam on Sourdough Toast。Assorted sour dough set每份有四片不同味道的酸種麵包, 附咖啡。價錢很相宜。原味及芝麻的都很好吃, 麵包真正外脆內軟, 雖然我們放涼了,但皮不會變韌,是我目前來說覺得最好吃的酸種麵包之一。咖啡亦夠香濃,不會被奶味蓋過。另外Camembert, Ham, Apple and Raspberry Jam on Sourdough Toast,味道較複雜多層次,因為有火腿及芝士,加上濃濃的果醬,一個人吃很飽呢!
