To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好喇好喇~到我最愛嘅刺身喇~~~頭先都講話我好麻煩,好怕腥,但又好鬼鍾意食魚生,所以真係好矛盾!

今次有六款刺身,分別係:

響螺刺身廚師刺身上放上少少海鹽,完全帶出咗佢本身嘅鮮味。爽口,有少少海水味之餘,細心嘅廚師仲喺刺身底放咗青檸,點點青檸嘅香味同響螺非常配合。

深海池魚刺身 - 深海池魚刺身可以厚切又可以薄切,之前試過薄切,今次師傅為我哋準備咗厚切。呢種白身魚出名肉質肥美,一放入口完全無失望,爽口肥美,但絕對唔會覺得太肥。

金目鯛刺身 - 金目鯛係其中一款我最鍾意嘅魚,因為佢不論刺身定汁煮,甚至一夜干都一樣鮮甜,所以一見到有呢款刺身都不知幾開心!師傅用上海帶同酸汁去配搭金目鯛去比我哋品嘗,魚質有少少咬口又甜,佈滿酸汁嘅海帶反而令我更覺清新爽口。

鰹魚刺身 - 其實鰹魚對我哋每個人嚟講都應該好熟識。鰹魚即係木魚,就係放喺章魚小丸子上面識跳舞嗰啲;鰹魚又係柴魚,即係我哋由細到大經常食嘅柴魚花生粥嘅柴魚呢~ 刺身就好少食,今次師傅喺鰹魚上放咗蒜頭醬,用嚟配呢隻中價魚係好聰明,因為變得更香同惹味,令我印象深刻。

燒銀鱈魚刺身 - 平時食銀鱈魚都會食西京燒,今次係第一次食銀鱈魚刺身,我最初怕唔知會唔會太油膩感,怕會滯。但師傅巧妙地輕輕燒燒魚皮,反而帶出油香,係非常香!口感係有少少咬口,但一啲都唔會太韌,剛剛好!

藍鰭吞拿魚腩刺身 - 我哋慣常叫吞拿魚腩做拖羅,拖羅係其中一款最矜貴嘅刺身,唔使講更加知道佢係港人至愛啦~ 今次嘅拖羅夠肥,無筋,整個口腔都係佢嘅油香,連平日唔鍾意食刺身嘅大少都忍唔住話好好味~

食完刺身就到壽司喇,有六款壽司

第一款係伊佐目壽司,另一款未試過嘅魚,店員話呢款係季節性嘅魚,好值得一試。見到魚上面放咗薑絲花,本以為會好搶味,點知好夾,食落去仲覺得有少少鮮甜味。

第二款係秋刀魚壽司,另一款季節性嘅魚,食落口比較重魚味。我想像中會比較腥,但驚喜地無腥味,師傅喺魚上面放上少少醬油,已經好夠味。

再來就係魷魚壽司,因為我個胃一直都好麻麻,所以對魷魚一直都敬而遠之。見到呢款壽司一上枱,已經覺得好吸引,師傅切得薄薄,透光一樣;上面放咗菊花同少少醬油及wasabi,食嘅時候呢個菊花絕對起到作用!完全係色香味俱全!

之後就係我好鍾意嘅白蝦壽司,一見到個賣相都覺得靚喇!白雪雪嘅白蝦上面放上紫色嘅紫蘇花,幾吸睛~ 白蝦甜美,加上紫蘇花嘅香氣,真係好想encore

跟住就有呢款子持渡蟹壽司,我都係第一次聽到子持渡蟹,再問問店員,原來即係日本花蟹 ~ 一見到蟹肉上面嘅蟹膏,已經流哂口水呀!食落去一口都係蟹膏嘅香味,加埋鮮甜嘅蟹肉,人間天堂啊~

最後一款係三文魚子壽司,我係十分十分抗拒食魚子嘅,怕腥怕咸。大少見到我縐哂眉頭,佢率先士卒,跟住就係咁叫我試下啦試下啦,唔腥㗎!咁好啦,試下啦!合埋眼放入口,咬落去「卜」一聲,喂!好甜喎~仲要唔腥㗎!今次食完呢個魚子,我估我都會再試其他魚子啦!

好喇,食完冷盤到熱盤喇!先來一個雜錦天婦羅,有蝦、南瓜、蕃薯、冬菇、舞茸菇同素麵。

其實呢個雜錦天婦羅令我有啲失望嘅,可能因為最近喺日本食過好好味嘅天婦羅,所以期望比較高⋯⋯

蝦 -都幾大隻,可惜有啲淋,而且無乜蝦味。

南瓜,蕃薯 - 同樣地因為淋,所以無咁好味,但南瓜同蕃薯都好甜,加返唔少分!

舞茸菇 - 呢個係成個Plate我最鍾意嘅,又脆又好味

冬菇 - 唔會索哂油,但本身冬菇都幾香呀~

素麵 - 呢個其實係襯碟,但想試下咩味道,點下天婦羅汁,可惜係個汁真係無乜味⋯⋯ 如果佢有鹽點會更好!
