To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐冇食過茶木，幾款超人氣蜜糖磚塊堪稱一時經典，係我每次嘅必食之選～古早紅燒牛肉拌麵紅燒牛肉拌麵，牛肉係分開上，牛肉唔會過硬唔會太冧，食落啱啱好。另外仲有配菜鴨血及腐皮卷，鴨血軟滑，充滿台灣味道。手工拌麵的質地彈牙，而且麻香微微辣，唔食得辣既朋友都食到。成個套餐都好惹味！紅燒牛頰肉麵$80茶木新產品紅燒牛頰肉麵，嚴選嫩滑細緻牛頰肉，煮得夠淋容易咬開。另外採用自家製手作麵，食落口感煙韌有咬口，啖啖香腍味美！ 310 溏心蛋$46黃金時間310秒煮成嘅半熟糖心蛋，流心效果一流，而且醬香十足好入味！蜜糖磚塊(青蘋果) $88蜜糖磚塊係我嘅至愛❤️蜜糖多士塊堆成一座小山丘，三個人都食唔晒呀！青蘋果cream配搭焦糖味雪糕🍦+焦糖谷爆谷+鮮果，配料好多所以唔使擔心啲多士會冇味。超級邪惡，啖啖滋味～完全係食到停唔到口！脆脆黑糖瀑布珍珠奶茶$44又係極度邪惡嘅一杯飲品！黑糖珍珠奶茶🧋上面有厚厚一層奶蓋，好似瀑布咁樣湧出嚟！上面仲有煙靭嘅烤芋圓，杯邊仲有脆脆朱古力片同埋朱古力醬，味道好豐富！
