To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

譚仔係永遠都食唔厭既，每次返工前，總會想食返個譚仔先返工咁岩樓下有一間譚仔，二話不說就坐入去，有好多唔同餸揀，今次決定咩都唔揀，叫左個淨米線同蒜泥白肉，再加杯飲品，我最愛既凍奶茶！講左米線先，湯底冇得揀，但清湯都唔錯，配埋湯入面既腐皮同9菜，都好好食，米線又唔會太淋另外蒜泥白肉真係我既最愛，食每舊肉再加少少蒜泥落去，真係人間美食，重點係唔食辣既人一樣可以食到，食完個口係有d臭，但唔怕啦，最緊要好食！
