To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

如果有朋友話要食爭鮮，我一定會一巴打落去再講點解唔俾多小小食元氣。不過事先聲明只限有高速線既元氣，無的話都可以唔洗食。高速線係指有架火車送嘢食俾你而唔係人手，有高速線既分店個menu係會有高速線限定既壽司，我每次都係沖住呢樣嘢黎。先講下高速線限定我會揀咩，識揀一定係燒三文魚薄切，呢款壽司有能力挑戰世界第一壽司。睇到呢到如果你覺得我係打手我只可以講你太天真，我會建議你去試完先再鬧我打手。呢舊壽司入口即溶，個浸油香真係令人口味無窮。另外極力推薦一定係牛油類既灸燒壽司。食落個浸牛油味係一定唔會令你再想試其他壽司，只會用盡你既quota去食佢。
