To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

想食拉麵就會去登龍街係常識，雖然唔知食邊間但係總有一間啱口味。其實豚王之前係中環都食過，不過銅鑼灣呢間裝修唔錯，好有空間感，背後係落地玻璃連接街境，抬頭會見到粉粉嫩嫩嘅假櫻花裝飾，令人淨坐已經感覺好舒服。我同朋友分別要左黑王同限定王。黑王選擇左少香油，多蒜，肩肉，椰菜同普通軟硬度嘅幼麵。上枱嗰陣雖然唔係特別香，但係一食入口嗰種濃郁嘅黑蒜油味即刻好出，湯底亦感覺好足料好稠。本身唔鍾意食肥肉但係又驚食肩肉好似食柴皮咁，但係呢到嘅肩肉雖瘦，但係非常淋身好好食。食到最後雖然有啲膩，但係飲返一啖佢哋免費嘅檸水就可以成碗食曬😋另外朋友叫嘅係今期嘅限定王，就係咖喱口味嘅元氣王。兩碗拉麵一同上枱，但係佢嘅香味就蓋過黑王。朋友選嘅係腩肉同淋啲嘅幼麵。咖喱湯底香，但係無黑王咁濃，啱啲鍾意清新味道嘅人食。朋友亦大讚腩肉好有油香，同拉麵好夾。不過最令我欣賞嘅係普通硬度同軟麵只差一級別，但係真係令人食得出分別，2者入口都美味但明顯不同，火喉控制得好好。
