十幾年前,追我老婆時就係去食鐵板超得手🤭(以前還在旺角),現在再次回味一下這個日式鐵板超(尖沙咀)。裝修齊全的鐵板設備,牆櫃上放了好多日本手板模型。鐵板師父就位啦🤭我地order了豐富嘅海鮮餐,先上碟的是日本帆立貝,表面煎到少少金黃色,但內裡軟身,超厚肉🤭再用昆布湯貝殼上😋正。之後是龍蝦啦,師傅開龍蝦手法非常純熟,很有技巧,龍蝦頭就拎去煲湯用,但事前師父表演一下燒龍蝦🦞👏🏻👏🏻,龍蝦肉用龍蝦內的膏炒香撈勻,食落龍蝦啖啖肉,又食到龍蝦膏(好好好香),超級正😘。再來香煎銀鱈魚,先獨立分開魚肉跟魚皮,魚皮煎到卜卜脆配上魚肉(魚油非常豐富)夾起一齊食🤭美食去到另一個層次🤣。再來是鐵板燒不能缺少的日本和牛A4厚切🤭🤭,煎香表面(內裡5成熟就夠)入口溶化(配上蒜片),食到我個人都溶化🤣🤣🤣。基本上冇得彈,而且午餐時段有六六折,咁真係幾抵👍🏻👍🏻,下次必定再來🥰。
