抗疫多日,今晚收工後去了食燒鵝,心情很好。餐廳最出名就是燒鵝,當然要試試。什麼都想試下,所以點了燒鵝河粉,份量亦不少,皮薄脆,肉厚多汁,配上滑溜河粉,超正。燒味雙拼飯要了叉燒和燒腩仔,叉燒肥瘦相宜,爽口,燒腩仔就不過不失。鹵水掌翼份量比想像的多,很入味。小炒皇亦是至愛之一,夠獲氣,有蝦乾、魷魚、腰果和韮菜,非常有口感。上湯浸時蔬要了菜心,可以中和了肉的飽濟感。眼闊肚窄,最終要了外賣盒,將鹵水掌翼帶返去做宵夜,配啤酒,正呀!
