To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 天氣又回暖, 加上疫情搞到民不聊生, 確實需要一杯甜野調濟下心情. 今次我揀左黃埔新開嘅花斑茶社試一試!1. 黑糖珍珠厚鮮奶 $32同其他鋪頭一樣, 黑糖鮮奶系列係無得揀甜度. 原本都驚死甜, 不過一飲就發覺甜味都係來自黑糖, 好香而且有微微焦香, 拍得住老虎堂幸福堂哩啲熱門店. 珍珠方面夠q彈, 大大粒有咬口, 同黑糖融為一體, 加分! 奶方面都名副其實夠厚, 飲哂一杯非常飽肚, 當一餐都得! (當然卡路里都係🤣)2. 黑糖珍珠烏龍奶茶 (加芝士奶蓋, 微甜) $36哩杯個賣相同上一杯差唔多, 不過我更加中意! 用烏龍奶茶代替厚鮮奶, 多左份茶香. 由於黑糖珍珠已經偏甜, 所以強烈建議大家叫微甜就好, 咁就可以飲到烏龍茶嘅香! 不得不提個芝士奶蓋同哩杯超夾, 雖然要加8蚊不過我覺得好值, 芝士嘅咸味同個黑糖味出奇地match, 提升左個味道層次👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻推介！黑糖系列確係高質，下次試下其他野飲先！
