To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

師傅最近同保安黎左呢間餐廳,其實師傅已經唔係第一次嚟,但今次黎因為友人有張coupon,加上網上訂位有九折,用得唔好嘥,又加上覺得幾抵食,所以再黎。訂左位準時到達,兩個人叫咗兩客龍蝦湯,薄切生牛肉,法式黑松露牛油香草焗田螺同蜆,本來想食青口,可惜冇貨唯有食蜆。傾下傾下就有得食,上菜速度都幾快,先講薄切生牛肉,牛肉真的切得薄薄的,入口舒服,配上火箭菜,青青爽爽,好得。法式黑松露牛油香草焗田螺一碟六件,十分精緻,淨係個賣相都贏,入口正常,沒有很大驚喜。至於蜆都幾大隻,味道鮮甜可口,不俗。最令師傅欣賞莫過於個龍蝦湯,湯嘅味道濃濃的,蝦嘅味道好濃,但並不苦口,雖然師傅未知點分係蝦定龍蝦,但坊間好味嘅龍蝦湯也不算多,賣68蚊,師傅覺得超值。總括黎講食物水準都幾好,每道菜都幾精緻,味道可口,加上招呼殷勤,兩個人食完埋單都係600左右,每人三舊幾,餐廳水準,有機會都會再黎。龍蝦湯絕對係必食之選!
